After waiting for roughly 40–45 days, I had to issue it as a warranty repair. Over the phone, a representative from the service center informed me that I would receive an additional 6-month warranty as restitution for the inconvenience. and in the shop when I arrived to pick up the tablet from the repairman. According to what I was told, this is untrue, they are ignorant about it, and there isn't a trace of it anywhere. They were unable to explain the five positions on the repair receipt, the absence of a SIM card (which, it turns out, was not even noted on the receipt when the goods were handed over), or the five positions on the repair receipt. They then gave me two service center phone numbers and instructed me to call those numbers on my own. I attempted to do this but was unsuccessful. there for roughly an hour.
