Review on CustomerAngle by Prettyboy Capers

I like that it's easy to use, all my customers can see their information at once while having no idea who is viewing them! It makes customer service much easier for me since they are not confused with multiple screens of info in front of them!! Also love how customizable this software has become over time as well! Love knowing when someone replies back or leaves feedback directly from our system instead using emails which sometimes never get read. Nothing really but just more functionality would be nice :) Great product especially if you have employees looking after clients online profiles/screens etc!! Helps cut down communication between us both by keeping track via one place so everything gets done together quickly without confusion.
