My original review for this product is still listed below. However, I felt I had to update it to include the unexpected but absolutely incredible customer service I received from this company! I wrote my first review mainly to say that the camera is fantastic and takes incredible pictures, but there were some connectivity issues. The company's response was to contact me directly and offer me a free replacement camera without having to return the original camera and refund me for buying the original. Surprise 😳 and shock were my reaction. Not only that, they kept communicating with me to make sure I was happy. I would recommend any company that endorses and endorses their product, as well as this one, and will contact them again if I ever need any of their products. is working. The only problem I have with this camera is that it freezes after about 3-4 shots and I haven't found anything to prevent this, or even know how many shots you take before it happens. It happens 100% of the time I use it. I finally plug it in to see it on my phone, focus, take 2 pictures and freeze the screen again. SOMETIMES you can disconnect it from your phone's WiFi, turn it off completely, close the app completely (not idle but completely closed) and then try to connect again. However, this only works 50% of the time. Usually you just have to be glad you took 2-3 photos and then try again in a few hours or the next day. The quality is worth the money paid, even the intermittent nature is almost worth the cost, but most of the time just getting it to work properly is a real pain. I haven't been able to use the new camera they gave me so I can't update the original review yet but I'll try to remember to change it if the new camera doesn't have the issues that the original would have. I would like to reiterate that the camera is easy to use, takes incredibly detailed microscopic images and is worth the price!
