Love this it's so cute and very comfortable. My kitten doesn't like it very much, she yells for her to go while I walk with her but she will be fine. The bladder is VERY difficult to fit correctly (and yes I read the instructions), it's just not very well made, it's molded hard plastic and there are small imperfections that cause it to be misaligned. It should be better. The included pop up plate is excellent, probably one of my favourites, it comes in a lovely bright orange with a royal blue snap hook attachment. You will need it because depending on the weather your pet will be hot in this carrier mixed with your body heat. The supposed padding that comes with the bottom is not padded at all, I suggest using one of your t-shirts. at the top for comfort and to get rid of the smell of products made in China. For reference, my cat weighed about 3lbs at the time of this photo, I don't think a 10lb cat would be very comfortable but I could be wrong. Overall I like taking it for walks and it really is a great carrier for the money.
