Blends well - helps husband with tension headaches.
My husband took Ibuprofen and Aliv for a few days for his tension headaches and nothing helped. We tried it and for the past two days it has really helped him when nothing else has. He says he feels better, more relaxed and the headaches and associated headaches are gone. It might just be a coincidence, but so far it's been working and he hasn't had a headache to verify it. He says it helped him relax, so that's enough for me. It blends really well and tastes great mixed with unsweetened almond milk and stevia drops. 5 Stars! I'll update next time he gets a tension headache.
