The team at MachineLogic are great! They have helped us with our helpdesk support as well as some business decisions regarding cloud services for my organization's accounting software (B2C).

I had initially thought that they were not going to be able to provide BSS/OSS licensing but after talking about it we realized this was something worth considering given their experience level of providing these types of solutions within larger firms like ours. We do utilize them heavily so having someone who can get things done while being knowledgeable is very important for me personally when dealing directly wtih clients or partners outside of what would normally fall under an internal relationship manager role.
