I have fine + color treated hair and needed a hair tie that was gentle but strong enough to hold up my messy buns. Found these gems and they work like a charm for both myself and my 3 year old. They're easy to get out of her fine + thick locks with no "Owie Mommy!" which is a super win in any parents book. They were also inexpensive enough that if I lose one or throw one away due to loss of elasticity I don't fret because they were a great deal.
