I liked that it was easy for users with no technical knowledge or experience in salesforce management system (SFSM) like me! It did exactly what we needed - helped our Sales Team track their activity during each stage from Lead all through closing process; gave them visibility into how they were performing vs targets set up earlier when planning out next phase/s etc., made reporting easier since everything could be done online instead using excel sheets manually plus also saved time compared other systems used at my previous work place where i had previously worked as support engineer before joining this new firm.- No specific dislike about anything but overall service provider seems little costly though services are worth paying rather than choosing any local competitor. We required something more effective comparing manual data entry via Excel &"paper" charts available back then!! This solution solved most issues without even looking around.
