I am a licensed barber in a busy hair salon. This is an easy to use trimmer and I enjoy using it for kids and trimming beards. Loads very well and is very light. Start with the longest beard and find the right beard length to keep it looking neat. I let my clients buy this particular product to keep them looking fresh between cuts. This product definitely does what it's supposed to. It's not a striker, but it definitely cuts!
