I needed new swim trunks and saw them at Revain. I was a bit skeptical as I prefer the usual well known brands when it comes to stuff like this. But I read the reviews and they were promising. I've had them for a few weeks now and have probably swum in them 5 or 6 times including this morning. They still look brand new (sometimes you can't tell with big names after a few chlorine baths and washes), are comfortable and fit where they should. I plan to buy a few more pairs as I increase the number of swim sessions per week in preparation for spring triathlon season. I can't comment on longevity as I haven't had it long enough. But at 1/3 the price of the big names, for the elite swimmer worried about a slight difference in drag, they're not a great swimmer option. Note: if you hold them, the ridges or whatever they are will show through. But when I put them on my skin is not visible through them. I'm not sure if it's just shading or something, but I find it interesting.
