I was home schooled and this year I started teaching my 5 year old (now 6 year old) to tell the time with analogue clocks. I also bought these for my 3 year old daughter but they are a bit advanced for her so she is not wearing them yet. We have a large clock in our home office, exactly the same (albeit from a different brand) that shows hours and minutes. , and seconds. So I really wanted a watch with the same setting so she could keep practicing outside of our classes. It only took her a week to almost master the time with him! She likes to casually glance at her watch and tell us the time (especially on weekends because she knows she can use her tablet after 12 noon lol). Yes, the numbers in minutes are a bit small, but what can you expect? This is a small interface to get you started. To be honest, the size of the numbers wasn't a problem for her. Anyway, she just brings the watch closer to her face. I also like that they are waterproof. This clock floated for several months and is still ticking. The strap is a bit long so I had to twist the end up but at least she will be able to wear it for a few years as she keeps growing. .I would recommend hand washing the bracelet from time to time as it will get dirty. Just soap and water and a tea towel will suffice.
