I have (new) girls 34D, 130 lbs and I am a medium size. He barely covered his nipples. I will be returning it and buying a large one so I have enough protection to move around comfortably. I'm still figuring out what my bikini and bra sizes are and now it's up to the brand. I'm also a big fan of Aerie bralettes and bikinis, if that helps at all. My friend said they look good to show off to girls but they barely cover my scars in the crease under my boobs. Definitely would recommend the large 34D size unless you plan to move at all when wearing it lol. Get value for money! The straps are tied well, feel comfortable, the fabric is soft and of good quality. Nice design on the front too!
