Connects easily to battery

I mainly use it as a transmitter to send audio from Roku/TV to external speakers/headphones. Pairing is easy once you figure out how. Once it's paired, they can easily reconnect after power cycling. I only turn it on when I need it. The battery lasts for several days before needing to be recharged.
