I was worried that this waist trainer was going to be too small when I initially opened the package. To be honest when I unzipped the trainer I was still skeptical. However, after I tried it on and moved around I believe the size is right for me. Don't get me wrong, its a little snug but I can still breathe (LOL). I am going to workout today and I am so excited that it came in the mail today.Post workout: This baby is truth, I was sweating before I even started working out. I think the zipper is a little cheap but it held up to my 4miles of running and 30min workout. I already recommended this waist trainer to 3 of my girlfriends.
