I hate to start this review so negatively but I have to say it. I am very disappointed with the purchase of this laptop. I spent days staring at a sub $400 laptop and kept coming back to this one. I liked the reviews about the size, speed, and storage capacity. This laptop is very slow when I'm doing anything other than working on a document (Example: Word). The best feature of this laptop is simple: one year of free use of Microsoft Word. I have an iPhone 11 Promax and unfortunately I have to say that I prefer working on my phone to my laptop every day. I'd love to trade it for something else if I get the chance, but I'm not sure if I can do it or not. I only open it when I'm working on a Word document. That's all. I would suggest if not buying for a student go for this laptop.
