I'm a diesel mechanic by trade so I've seen countless ways to salvage a CB mic. Driving down the trail in my jeep, mine was either tied with a small bungee cord that hit me on the head when going over obstacles, or I threw myself into the passenger seat, eventually falling to the ground. This is the best solution I've ever seen. So far I've only attached it to the inside of my passenger fascia so it's secure, out of the way, easily accessible, and seemingly cluttered. I love it and would recommend it to anyone still using CB radio. My only complaint, I never saw the HD version before buying it, the case is quite large (1 inch thick, credit card size) compared to the standard version I've seen, I don't really care. but maybe for others.
