Ideal for gutters
Great for gutters or thin tiles. I was hoping they would work on my house's thicker (1 inch) roof shingles, but they won't open that far. To use them on the gutter, unscrew one of the pieces to loosen it, then insert the post into the smaller hole. The larger part attaches to the gutter while the smaller part holds the light. You can rotate it up and down to adjust the direction of the light. TIP: Don't wait until you want to use these before assembling them. It will take a little while, so you should sit in front of the TV and assemble them all the night before.
