I opened the package containing the headphones and started testing them. The iPhone is what I use. I connected, listened to some music, and then decided to test out the noise reduction and transparency features. However, I discovered that they cannot be configured in any way on iOS (I didn't hear anywhere in the reviews that they are not supported; I thought there was an application for them). There is an application for iOS, but there is no support for this particular model. Although I was frustrated, this is not the primary issue. I made the rash decision to randomly poke the headphones in an effort to figure out how to toggle the noise reduction and ambient settings on and off. White noise started playing in the right ear when the transparency mode was activated. Poked again, turned on noise reduction, the same noise in the right ear. Without modes, there is no such thing as noise. I made the decision to borrow an android from a colleague. I adjusted the settings and reinstalled the headphone program, but it did not make a difference. I'd like to make a return or exchange. It would appear that as a direct result of this, Samsung swiftly ceased releasing them and instead introduced version 2, which received several reviews alongside marriage.
