I love how easy it is to use, the fact that i don't have to worry about multiple emails and reports. It's also a time saver by allocating me hours of my life every week! The only thing I dislike is that sometimes there are issues with the app - for example, when i try to send an email it takes ages to load then crashes after sending. Do not hesitate if you're looking for a software easy to use and manage your marketing tasks. This is a great tool. I can focus more in other areas which used to be dedicated to managing online tasks.
