I bought it in January and it worked great. In July, the printer stopped working normally, there are streaks on the paper, there is no black text. I've been struggling with this computer for weeks without knowing what's wrong with it. Head cleaning, energy cleaning. Because of all this cleaning, I had to replace the maintenance box and buy more color ink from Staples (I still have a bottle of black from this set). More cleaning etc and the colored lines got lighter but the black got worse. I was amazed! I turned the printer over, put in a black bottle and drained this ink from the printer, put in Epson ink and after 2 cleanings the problem was solved. I don't think it's worth saving in the long run. I would replace the printer tomorrow if I hadn't figured it out.
