I don't really notice the difference, it fades as I walk

I applied lotion and wore it for more than 20 minutes but I didn't notice any difference in the roughness of the legs. I understand they will be difficult to step on due to the slippery interior, but I didn't expect them to twist and heel off if I took more than a few steps. Perhaps a crew sock would be required instead of an ankle sock to solve this problem. Or maybe rubber in the hole to hold them in place.
