Follow-up May 14, 2017: After seeing this review, Mudder customer service contacted me and offered to replace the defective CD case. The replacement arrived within 2 days and did not have the same defect. I was happy just using a CD case with only 9 cases and reducing my losses with a damaged case, but Mudder actually went out of their way to contact me and replace the defective CD case. So I'm changing this to 5 stars due to the support offered by Mudder, their willingness to replace a defective CD case without asking and the speed with which they handled the matter. Hats off. First review: This will get the job done, but I didn't like losing one of the retainers because it was sewn into the end valve. I tried to gently pull the retainer out of the seam and into the end valve, but doing so caused it to crumble into an unusable piece of plastic. So I just cut it out. At least I can still hold 18 discs.
