First let me say a HUGE thank you to this company that offers color options other than grey, navy and white which I am fed up with. Glory! I love warm colors in the bathroom and this one is perfect. These towels are made in India and beautifully tied with ribbon making them the perfect gift. I have no idea how they use wood to make such a soft and absorbent towel, but the listing includes a small illustrated video showing how they take scrap from another wood industry and use it in the production process. I went for bronze and these towels have a very defined front and back. The front is more of a bronze or deep orange color (hook their horns!), and the back is more of a burgundy color. You can see in the 3rd picture some of the wine being woven into the bronze giving a wonderful texture and design. Decorative strips are woven into both ends, so you can hang it up as you like. I washed the towels as usual, with detergent and no fabric softener, and they were soft and fluffy. They did not shrink or wrinkle, all seams are intact and did not crumble. I'm 5ft 6in and I usually think it's a good towel to hold up to my chin, at least to the floor. In fact, they are on the floor from my chin, so this is a great towel! Not a beach towel, but a nice, generous body towel. The towel is very absorbent and dries my skin and hair perfectly. My husband, a man of few words when it comes to towels or anything in the house, actually said he loves these towels and wants more That's really kudos! I would highly recommend these generous towels. You will not be disappointed!
