Working with this business was a nightmare for me. I had a hard time navigating their site as a foreign customer and placing a purchase. It was difficult to comprehend the products and prices due to the limited language and currency choices. I was dissatisfied with my purchase upon receipt because it did not match the online description. Both the quality and functionality of the products were severely lacking. The shipping time was also significantly longer than promised, which was a major annoyance. Contacting customer support only resulted in more language barriers and unhelpful answers. They obviously did not have a mechanism in place to help customers from other countries. In general, I would not suggest this retailer to any of my overseas friends. It's difficult and frustrating to purchase because of language barriers, poor product quality, and long shipping times.
