I would give 4 1/2 stars if that was an option. Literally the only thing that doesn't excite me about the product is that the probe is a bit thick and very long. Due to the thickness, the flesh can be a bit difficult to pierce and pierce (especially when there are hot coals nearby). This can be a bit of a hassle if you don't have a lot of space on your grill, especially if you're trying to use the indirect heating method. A very cool product for the price. The exact reading gives me a signal when I should pull the meat. The results on my triweeds have been great, super juicy, medium rare and medium good.
