Not Prosumer is a professional tool and inexpensive

Well made and inexpensive. Dishwasher safe, but I just rinse it and go. The blades are very sharp and allow you to change the thickness by pressing harder. I don't see where there could be problems. Yes, it's made in China, but the design parameters considered how the product will be used and allowed for reasonable blade play. Many peelers have the blades set too tight, preventing them from rotating properly. Others are set too loose, and after a while the blade will come loose from the body. I don't see it happening here. In addition, the blades are thicker and therefore heavier than most, avoiding deflection (bending) of the blade that can cause them to pop out. There are two "blades" on the side with which you can remove the eyes of the potato or cut it into thick strips. They're well placed and work well I think, but I'm not anal-savvy enough to bother with potato eyes - I'm just stroking again. It works great and I can only recommend it.
