I use these as the fog lights on my 2013 F-150 and the difference to standard halogen bulbs is AMAZING. , and the only reason I am making this clear is that in some countries the steering wheel is on the opposite side and in another this product. The difference is stunning and best judged in person. I drove in the dark after this shot, with an original and one of these LEDs for comparison, and the road was illuminated much wider and brighter by these LEDs than the factory halogen lamp. It helps a lot to see the potholes and avoid other things you don't want to drive through at night in the dark. A very smart investment. After using both, I conducted another experiment and was quite surprised by the results. I drove to an area where there were no street lights and turned off the headlights with only the fog lights for illumination and they worked quite well. I was impressed. It may be illegal (or even unwise) to do this on public roads, but I was on a private road with no other traffic and it was just a test of the lamp's capabilities. Please note that this photo was taken before I installed the LED headlights. which corresponds to a color temperature of 6000K in another test, so these are factory halogen bulbs in low beam headlights, for reference. Overall this is a great investment and I would highly recommend it.
