Review on Black Classic Executive Caressoft Chair with Mahogany Finish - Boss Office Products B905-BK by Leslie Harris

A bit skeptical based on the number of reviews on Revain. I looked at the competitor's website and decided to go with it. The packaging of the items was good while the outer packaging was very poor. No damage in transit, but the manufacturer should consider a thicker container to avoid damage (some holes may be prone to water or other damage). The assembly wasn't very difficult. There is a guide but I don't think it's needed. You need a wide Phillips head, that's all. It took about 15-20 minutes. Appearance, as the pictures show, is immaculate. Comfortable enough, I'm concerned about the durability of the bottom pillow. The design leads me to think that the springs/pillows can sag over time and leave a flat feeling. Armrests are ideal, providing about 1/2 inch or more of padding. I rely on them for typing and I love it. The amount varies depending on the description and answers to other questions. One downside is that when I sit down and move forward or backward to get closer to my desk, I hear a loud pop that appears to be coming from the lower wheel assembly. I messed everything up and I'm not sure what it is. Would recommend anyway.
