Review on SSK Aluminum Enclosure External Compatible by Mitch Emmel

I bought this after the external enclosure I was using for this particular hard drive suddenly failed (it used a USB-A male to male cable and the USB connector broke out of nowhere). After some confusion with the screws - you use two to attach the drive to the frame before using two more to hold everything securely together and an insulating sticker - it says to put it on the motor but the picture in the instructions were vague. whether you apply it to the side of the circuit or the side of the metal plate. It seems to be working quite well so far. It is just as fast with USB-C 3.0 as with USB-A 3.0. If you're looking to reuse an old 2.5" hard drive, this seems like a pretty good option. And it's CAPT cool.
