Will not work on HP Laserjet Pro MFP M227FDW

when trying this cartridge in my printer. It was the same with both cartridges I received. However, after the return date, when I contacted the company and sent them a copy of the problem, they were sympathetic and gave a full refund. So the customer service was good even though the cartridge didn't work for me.
