Review on Stromberg Carlson AM 200 Assist Handle by Jose Schweigert

I installed this on the two steps in the attached garage that lead to the dirty room of my house. This is ideal for those who need extra stability when going up or down two steps that otherwise have no railing. It was exactly what I was looking for as it can also swing flush with the wall. The screws are long enough and good enough to attach firmly through the panel to the wood frame of my door. (Drill pilot holes and hand tighten with #2 Phillips screwdriver) Update Oct 2013 - still works fine. Uploaded two photos how I use it. Update from September 2017 - no problems so far.
