This was the second one I bought. I liked the design. The first one I did came back because it didn't follow my touchscreen actions and sometimes the screens would continuously switch to the next screen. I came back thinking it was defective and bought another one. It has been working since February and a new version of the application and firmware was launched on Sunday. Now it has stopped tracking my sleep. Email correspondence to and from support and everything they suggested didn't help. The phone number on the website doesn't work either.
