I did something pretty strange. In fact, I decided the internet was too accessible and too fast. So not only did I cut my TV's cable (many years ago), I also recently set up my main computer station. without fixed cable. In other words, even streaming is Wi-Fi. That means I don't do much. However, sometimes the job is demanding - or bidding on eBay is demanding! - Fast access. Then I plug in this hard cable. I have two MacBook Pros, one is quite old. That works great. I've never had a problem with any Mediabridge product. I have dozens of their cables, including some for Hi-Fi.
