I had a much earlier model that I liked so I bought this one thinking it would be the same or even better. The mouse is a piece of junk. This is an optical mouse and the mouse pointer twitches and jumps all over the place and is extremely difficult to control. I changed the mouse pads, cleaned the pads and the mouse. I moved the USB port to another USB port closer to the mouse. However, he jumps a lot. Seems worst in the dark. The keyboard is ok, but the old one was better. The Caps Lock and Number Lock buttons are not lit. The function keys are SMALL. Like the Esc key. Sometimes the first characters are not printed. I'll throw them away and go to my local store to buy another keyboard and mouse.
