First I would like to tell you about the conscientiousness of this company. I ordered the product and used it for a year when it stopped working. I checked my order and found that the company has a lifetime warranty on my product. I sent an email with my story and received a reply email within a few hours. My product was sent to me the next day and I was told why it wasn't working. There were no arguments and I was treated very kindly. I will be reviewing a vaporizer I bought from the same company. With all the air quality issues due to fire, wind, and the pandemic, our allergies in So. California have gone crazy. We have an air purifier in the bedroom to breathe at night.
