I looked at this purchase from the perspective of an already satisfied Eco-Drive owner. My original Citizen has a titanium case and bracelet and is great for business attire. But I wanted a less formal watch for everyday wear. This watch caught my attention and it was love at first sight. The watch arrived in about five days as stated. When I opened the box I was surprised at the size. This is a watch with a large face and I was expecting something of the same size as my titanium case. I considered returning it but decided to give it a try and sell it on eBay if I didn't like it. As it turned out, I got used to it in a few days. The canvas strap is a bit more pliable, which allows the watch to stay on the wrist better and the discomfort from the strap is gone. Now I can focus on enjoying the large dial and huge luminescent numerals, which glow incredibly brightly at night when illuminated by a light source. Like my original Eco-Drive, this watch keeps time very well. So far I haven't found a single second difference between checks and settings. When ordering this watch, be aware that the face is larger than most and you will have to wait for the canvas strap to flex.
