Review on Chemical Guys CLD_997_16 Diablo Cleaner by Christopher Wells

If you are looking for a rim cleaning spray this is not for you. For me personally, any rim cleaner that doesn't have to be moved is too strong. We used to not know any better and then we wondered why the coating peeled off the rim after a few years. If you are looking for a safe wheel cleaner that will clean well with a good set of safe wheel brushes, this is it. I personally use Diablo as a cleaning/greasing aid for my vane while mostly using the CG signature. Aerosol wheel cleaner and long-life chemical cleaner for most maintenance washes. I add 4-5 ounces of Diablo to a 5 gallon bucket of water. The Diablo bucket keeps the brushes clean and provides extra lubricating and cleaning power for the mixing step. Works great and is a safe combination for any wheels that need cleaning. I use a variety of other spray wheel cleaners (Megs, Adams, Griots, Mothers, Sonax, etc.) depending on the circumstances, but one constant is Diablo sucked. Works fine for me.
