Review on VidaRosa Clear Hard UV Resin: Fast-Curing, Zero Yellowing, High Transparency - Ideal for Molds, Jewelry Making, Crafts & DIY by Carol Miller

By any standard I could rate this UV resin by, this material knocks it out of the park! I've been using UV resin for about 4 years and have tried many brands but this is the king of the crop! Today I made a stand and the entire layer I cured was fully set in less than 5 seconds using a 54w nail lamp. I put it under the light, the sensor turned on the light, I leaned over to look at the project to make sure it was level and it was already frozen! They use a different chemical photoinitiator than the previous generation (which has been my favorite formula so far) and that makes a big difference. Not only are the items fully cured, not sticky, they don't bend at all, and you can just feel the difference in the material. It's glossy and translucent like all UV resins, it will shrink and warp if you pour it too deep or too hard, but I'd say it's well below average. When you look at it under the light it almost seems to glow in the dark unless used with some kind of pigment, but out of the light it is absolutely crystal clear and beautiful. I cannot stress enough that you need this product if you are using UV resin. I'm just a regular DIYer, not sponsored or associated with anyone, no kickbacks for this review. I just have to tell anyone looking for a quality UV resin to buy this product because it's amazing! Also, I haven't done any official side-by-side comparisons with the previous generation or other brands, just anecdotal evidence that it has fewer bubbles and the viscosity clears them faster than usual too.
