Bought this case in May for my brand new iPhone 12 Pro. The list mentions several features, including the presence of corner bumpers to reduce the impact of falls and "shock resistance". My toddler sat in his infant carrier at the dining table and dropped my phone on the floor. My phone immediately started interfering, saying it couldn't see the SIM card. I removed the case to check for physical damage and there was a huge tear on the back (see photos). I know I can't expect a case to protect against accidental drops/damage, but the phone was dropped. a kid who wasn't even 3 feet off the ground. Now I have to pay to have my new phone replaced. Will definitely not buy another case from this seller.
