Two Broken Devices - Early Development and Activity Toys

I bought one of these and the screw in the screw hole was broken so the battery cover could not be fitted properly. The socket was also covered in dry white CA, making the device look dingy. I ordered a second one to replace and the wiring was faulty. The green light will only turn off when the batteries are removed. (Hence, the light will eventually drain the battery.) I'm so upset because I love this concept! I plan to try another brand.
