We wanted something to hold our trash can and also give us some extra counter-space. This fits that bill but even being a handyman, this cabinet was difficult to assemble. The first issue is not all of the parts have labels so you are left to discern which parts are which by process of elimination and comparing them to the pictures. The next issue was the holes for the door hinge were drilled on the wrong side. I had to measure and redrill the correct holes. The paint is very thin and I doubt it will hold up well. And finally the door is held open with one piece of hardware on the left side. There really needs to be two to hold the weight of the garbage. I hope this holds up, but I will be adding another piece of hardware to better support the door and treat it well. But I am not sure I can recommend this given the issues.I found this garbage can is the perfect size, it fills as much space as possible without hindering the closing of the door.
