I was attracted to this chair because the reviews said it was good for tall people. I have two of these chairs. You would think I learned my lesson the first time. The first chair has its left armrest broken and the cylinder that holds the chair at your chosen height is broken, meaning it slides down slowly every time. I bought the second "Reserve" chair in August. Soon part of the base split, causing one of the casters to lose its grip, making the chair dangerous. I used the old chair again while waiting (nearly two weeks) for the new base to arrive. When I started disassembling the chair to replace the base, a broken ball bearing retainer (and bearings) fell out of the cylinder that the base attaches to. , and nowhere to hide parts while I wait another two weeks for another replacement part. I called the company and was totally dissatisfied. I don't have time to wait another two weeks for replacement parts, especially when the product itself is of such poor quality that I may need more parts in a short period of time. I will not buy any more products from this company.
