Review on Moen BH3803BN Genta Contemporary Brushed Nickel Single Robe Hook by Alesha Adams

There are no complaints about the hook itself, but the instructions are incomplete and confusing. The instructions provided are for installation on drywall and masonry, but there are virtually no instructions for installing on a wooden stud. The instructions say where to drill for drywall, but not for drywall with a wood stud behind it. A small drill should only be used for screw mounting (no drywall anchors). We figured out what drill bit size we have. Using a drywall anchor drill would be a disaster because the wood is too dense for a plastic drywall anchor and the hole is too big for a screw. Two stars deducted because of the instructions.
