Suitable for tall and slim boys.
My 9 year old son is 5ft 8" and weighs 63 pounds. 12 Slim fits great. The material is stretchy so he thinks they're really comfortable. He doesn't wear boots with it. We bought them to wear with Sperry so that's not a problem. Happy with them!
