After recharging the batteries, which were typical of related drones, I took it outside, synced the remote control and off we went. I only had to adjust the trim for a slight one-way drift. I switched to high speed almost immediately so the battery drain was higher. Despite this, I still managed to get over 7 minutes of high performance on battery power. The auto-land feature comes in handy when you take off again, it restores the flight altitude to the altitude at which you initiated the auto-land. Very responsive, but I wish there was a second flight control mode that toggled rotation and penalty from left and right stick respectively; perhaps a future updated model will provide such an opportunity. *TIP TIP, ZENFOLT* - Ship the next-gen X-PACK 7 with 2 control options this way! :) Picture quality is good. Even in light winds it does well. Keep in mind that this is not an all-weather toy. I also love how small it folds into the palm of my hand as shown in the attached image. I'm happy with this purchase so far, but will probably buy a few more batteries as I don't normally fly at low speeds.
