These are soft and comfy, however, there is no real arch support beyond the appearance of one and, there are undersized. I wear a true US size 8 so I bought the Medium US 7-8, which are too small for me. My heel hangs out over the back, which is not comfortable. Bottom line - order a size up from you usual US# size.
