First the good: the wool is nice, the needles are fine and work as they should, the bag is cute and practical, and fits everything. I like that theres a pad instead of a piece of styrofoam. (Though it's just styrofoam inside of it)However, a lot of the positive is negated by the fact I am missing all but one of the tools and all of the miscellaneous accessories.I received the wool, the needles, the pad, the stencils, and the bag.I did NOT receive the tweezers, scissors, second needle holder, eyes, keychain rings, etc. I double checked and they ARE listed as being included. I then checked reviews, just to see if this was common or not. Unfortunately, I found numerous reviews that state the same issue, missing the same items.
