Burn down! 50,000 hour lifespan Unrealistic

of the burned out lamps came out in September 2021, about 18 months after purchase, see photo. I counted about 516 days from the date of purchase. My usage is estimated at around 2 hours per day (some days more, some days less, but that's a rough average). Therefore, it ran for about 516 x 2 = 1032 hours, which is a tiny 2% fraction of its claimed 50,000 hour lifespan. Even if my usage was double what I calculated it would be around 4% which is still only a fraction of the advertised 50,000 hour lifespan. This product has design issues. I tried to contact the manufacturer to make a warranty claim but couldn't find any contact information which is very frustrating. So for me it looks like a loss and of course I'm not happy with it. RECOMMENDATION: DO NOT purchase this product, find another manufacturer who endorses their product and lists contact or customer service information. UPDATE 9/16/21 -------------- Well it hasn't even been a week and a half since I wrote the above review and now the bulb has completely burned out, see photo. I was finally able to find the contact information for the supplier "IntPro" (based in China) and messaged them via Revain 5 days ago, but no response yet. I recently had an issue with another Revain product I purchased and this supplier was also based in China, but they responded to my Revain message within 1 hour and replaced the dead product immediately. So what happened to the IntPro supplier? This is very frustrating. I bought this product based on the advertised durability (50,000 hours) but the product only lasted about 1,000 hours (just under 2%). And now the supplier is not responding to my message. How annoying is that? This product only cost me about $20 when I bought it, but it's not the loss that's frustrating. It is the fact that the lifespan of the product was nowhere near the advertised lifespan and I cannot contact the supplier regarding this. That's the frustrating thing. In the bin. Wait I think I'll use it for target shooting instead, that might help with my frustration. End of update -----------------------
