Firewood Heaven - Unfinished Wood

My son has used these to make firewood ornaments and coasters and has made about $60 so far selling his creations around the area. I love that this set gave him some independence and helped bring out his creativity. He said the wood's texture is pleasant, not distracting, and not difficult to work with. He says the stands are a bit flimsy if you just use wood, but if you put cork or rubber feet on the back they're perfect. We drilled holes and threaded string for the decorations and they came out perfect. Very important.

The problem is that they warp. Nothing I have done has fixed that. Will not buy again.
