Because my ears are in drops and because caps don't work very well with them, I've been hunting for cool overlays. The harbor was a lucky find for me. It would be an understatement to say that I do not have any regret over the money that was spent. 4 years of outstanding service, during which time it provided the old Sony NWZ-E384 with the sound quality that was superior to that of any other headphones I used with it (and there were many different pairs). They were just recently bankrupt, yet they managed to pull through. Overall, the highest possible endorsement from me. The price is very appropriate for the level of quality offered, and I would go so far as to say that it is even too low. Good.
